The BF Artist Film Festival is partnering with nodoCCS to take part in the fourth edition of the IV Festival Video from November 1st to November 4th, 2018. nodoCCS is an experimental collective based in Caracas Venezuela.
Founded in 2015 by Maria Bilbao Herrera and Diana Rangel, two Venezuelan artists who recognized the need for a space to generate links between different artistic practices in Venezuela; nodoCCS is a generative platform for the arts, who seek to generate new models of practical research with a multi-disciplinary approach.
nodoCCS aims to partner with local and international artist-led spaces to form a supportive framework open to collaborative projects.
The IV Video Festival includes an ambitious programme. In addition to the selection of videos chosen via open call, this year the festival includes new works by Marcantonio Lunardi, the winner of the III Video Festival 2017. The IV Video Festival node CCS this year also includes the screening of two invited festivals Miami New Media Festival (USA) and the BF Artist Film Festival (UK)
